Welcome to my journey
I intend to use this website as a record of my journey into the 5:2 way of eating as introduced by Michael Mosley in the Horizon documentary on BBC. The 5:2 lifestyle (also called the fast diet) involves eating only a quarter of your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) two days a week. The other five days you eat normally. This should result in weight-loss as well as a number of other health benefits. 5:2 diet here I come :)
