Weight 92.3kg and 42% fat
Ooooops I forgot to report yesterday. My weight was 91.7kg and body fat 43.5%.
Have been fasting today and so far it is going fine. This afternoon I felt a little bit sorry for myself as I was hungry and I felt it was still a long time until dinner. I got over it though and ended up eating an early dinner (at 5:30). A big portion of porridge and poured a little skimmed milk over it. I estimate it to be somewhere between 200 and 300 cals so I still have room for a banana later tonight. Now 2 hours later I am still very satisfied after my dinner though. I think porridge is the perfect fast-food (pun intended). It is fast, easy, cheap and low cal. Last but not least a hot bowl of porridge is great on a ice cold winter-day like today. The hardest thing about fasting is how cold I am on those days. And on days like today when it is actually freezing outside, fasting can be a challenge. Really enjoying the warmth of my laptop on my thighs right now and hoping that the woollen socks, blanket and cup of hot tea will help with my freezing toes. I read somewhere that this gets better, i.e. after some time the body stops being so cold on fast-days. I really hope so. This is not a good side-effect for those of us living in Iceland. Brrrrr
