Party at work today. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, hamburger and French fries for lunch and beer and finger-food in the afternoon. Feel full and bloated. Yuck!
Last week I entered an easter challenge on a Forum that I attend (http://www.fastday.com). My goal is to go below 90kg before easter. If my weight loss is 0.5kg pr. week on average I should make it, so it seems like a realistic goal :). Helps a bit with the motivation to set a date on an interim goal.
