My weight today is 94 kg and 42.5% body-fat.
Whooop whooop :) nice to se the body-fat % dropping :). Even though I just started and have only lost 2kg so far (not that that's little for 2 weeks) I feel very optimistic that this time I will manage to drop below 90kg. I have been yo-yoing between 91 and 100 for the past 15 years (for a few years before that it was between 80 and 90). I go on a diet and/or start exercising and my weight drops until I start seeing the low 90's and then it stops. I usually reach a plateau there and have never managed to go through that barrier. I hope I won't plateau there this time, if I do I must stay on it and then I know that I WILL get down into the 80's.
Just a little over 4 kg and I'm there with a BIG smile on my face and heading towards my next goal of getting below 30 BMI. I still have 10kg to go before I reach that goal, first it's the great wall of 90.
