Weight 92.1kg and 43.5% fat
1kg down this week and 3.7kg in the 5 weeks since I started.
Whaaaaat?!?!?!? - This was my first thought when I weighed myself this morning. I expected to weigh more than yesterday, but instead it went 300g down. This did a lot to motivate me during my fast today.
Had a banana before my spinning class at lunchtime and then nothing until I had an omelette at 6pm. The omelette was made of 3 eggs, some mushrooms and lots of zucchini. Full plate of goodness but I still feel kind of hungry. Having a cup of coffee and a glass of water. Thankfully I can eat what I want tomorrow :)
