Weight 93.8kg and 43% fat
Went to spinning class today after a week off (as can be seen by my weight a week off from spinning is not an option!). Very hard class and I am totally smashed. My heart rate still elevated now 6 hours after class.
Fasting tomorrow and will not be eating until dinner. Think I might have porridge for dinner, low cal and very filling. I find it very interesting that it is so much easier to just not eat all day than to eat a little bit :)
I have decided that I will not be eating any sweets until easter (will make an exception at my daughters birthday party though). I feel like I have to be extra focused and motivated for the next weeks so I can get below that dreaded 90. I can do it, I know I can!!
